Shipping & Delivery

Every TENDER/RELIC work is inspected and carefully packed in our studio before dispatch.

Processing time

Please allow up to 3 business days for final inspection, protective packing and carrier handoff. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as the order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery

• United States: FedEx tracked delivery, normally 7–9 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: DHL tracked delivery, normally 8–12 business days after dispatch.
• Other destinations: The available service and estimate are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include the 3-business-day preparation period. Customs checks, severe weather and carrier disruption can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order. Carrier scans and delivery updates are available through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation and on your Shopify order status page.

Duties and taxes

Shipping charges, taxes and any amounts collected by Shopify are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by the destination country.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, frame and artwork so we can review the shipment and help quickly. Please keep all original packaging until the case is resolved.
